Stars in the Mourning Doves is a poetry book about my struggles as a teenager having to grow up quickly and mature while struggling hard with depression, recovering from self-harm, and losing relationships as well as gaining relationships. It's a beautiful lot of poems about growing up when life really hasn't the best at all and realizing how to make the best when it's not there.
