This book is written for the benefit of, and for our aging population in America (myself included). It is a resource that all Senior Citizens can use to prepare for their journey to Senior Citizenship in America. Resources to use in preparing for this transition include adjusting to getting older and how to deal with the many issues and what to plan for. The book covers how to understand and plan for the aging process, maintaining health, housing, estate planning just to mention a few. There is a chapter that contains phone numbers and agency information so the reader can continue to be independent and aware of all issues to help them live well during their golden years.
