Founded in Blackheath in 1964, Mary Evans Picture Library specialises in images of history and supplies photographs, illustrations, art and ephemera for use in all kinds of media, from television documentaries to museum exhibitions. In addition to its own unique archive, it represents some 350 different contributor collections belonging to museums, institutions, creators and specialists around the world.
