About the Author
Besides the book, Scarecrows, Felder Rushing has written numerous gardening and landscaping books and magazine articles, regularly contributes to garden.com, and is a frequent lecturer at historical and horticultural societies across the country. He hosts a radio show heard in Missouri, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Felder wrote Passalong Plants and Gardening Southern Style as well. Felder lives in his Mississippi cottage with his wife Terryl and his daughter. His garden is adorned with wildflowers and critters, a waterfall, and a variety of "yard art", including, of course, scarecrows.
