Jessica Taylor enjoys discovering new things, that's why she became a scientist. She grew up outside of Tampa, FL, the lightning capital of the world. Watching storms inspired her to study meteorology. She loves learning so much she also got degrees in finance and education. Now she lives in Virginia with her husband and two daughters. The family watches and observes the clouds together. Jessica hopes her first children's book inspires young scientists to observe and ask questions about how technology helps us better understand our world.Srimalie Bassani lives and works in Mantova, Italy. Her mother has always encouraged her artistic expression, and she is the inspiration for her passion. Her work is full of surprises.
